Electabuzz

So i know electabuzz is global but does it completely blind someones screen white at any lvl or does it have to be a high level for them not so see at all?

it used to flash completly but hib changed it so that u can see a little bit when it flashes u but its still effective

yup at any level :p, i can change it so it flashes by level, i'll do this if people want it this way.

Is there a way you can do different levels of flash by level? Like at level 1 it'll make your screen a bit white, but you can still see through it. By level 100 it makes it really hard to see. Or maybe have a set amount of flash, but the chances of flashing someone increases by level.

So do you have to shoot them to make it work or knife/stab them? does both way work or only the shooting way

i thought elecabuzz global skill is thunder punch and not flash??
