Movid Recoil hack?

I think this movid kid is hacking. Sorry i don't have a steam id from him, I forgot xD. But anyways, no matter much he runs with speed he seems to have no recoil at all. Here is a demo so if you see him in the server kinda look out for him to see if you think hes hacking too.
